Kersten Chapman has been helping families with food intolerances for 20 years. Specialising in supporting mums, with severe food restrictions: free from gluten, dairy, egg, nut, soy, corn, refined sugar and low in both salicylates and amines. After living with such a restricted diet for many years, she investigated gut healing and now helps others making the transition from ‘Failsafe to Healing’.

She has several cook books available, some using traditional cooking methods, and others written for use with the Thermomix. You will find her helping on several 'Failsafe' and ‘Beyond Failsafe’ forums... sharing her experiences with other mums trying to feed their children. She is available as a guest speaker at events and has spoken at both church and schools.

Her motto is to love your food, no matter how restricted...
